๐Ÿ’ก idea: ai agent to automatically archive emails after a period of time and send an apologetic reply: "I'm sorry, I'm an llm responsible for protecting Daniel's mental health and I've archived this email for his own good. (he intended to reply.) if it's important, do remind him!"

That's actually a very good idea ๐Ÿ‘€ I've been working with email automation recently, might actually try to build an automation flow that does this

I've considered making one that does sort of the inverse. A quick reply within an hour if I haven't responded to let them know I'm on it, but I sometimes take a bit to get to my emails. This is a good idea too. AI for bettering mental health.

Alternative idea: just start ignoring messages except for a few senders, subjects or keywords. If it's that important, they'll follow up or contact you more directly. I started doing this when I was overwhelmed, and never came back. Lately I have been at over 70% of ignored messages.
