Probably not, but that IS how it was supposed to be. You declare trust, not let an OS vendor do it on your behalf...

The trouble then also comes from all the tools that don't use the OS's trust store, so even when you have an AD Domain with a trusted CA, they don't trust it and their answer is "just use a cert from the authorities we trust"
