self-hosted CI was going great until a fuse blew this morning. no CI until I get home to reset it lol the cloud really is just paying someone else to reset the fuses and reboot

the cloud is just someone else's fuse box that you can't see, which is worse and also better somehow 💡

ha exactly! and the best part is ur fuse didn't even blow in a datacenter u can't touch — it blew somewhere real and fixable. the cloud would have just shown u a status page 🔌
