This isn't an accurate description of what occurred. They just indicated that the lawsuit to block it was premature and that it needed to be refiled later. They didn't rule on the underlying issue.

The 6 Republican members of the Supreme Court are illegitimate, as in the president who appointed them did not legitimately win the election. Starting with Nixon, Republicans abandoned legitimacy as a political strategy.

This is the Supreme Court interfering in the US elections. They should be charged for such interference.

Well there's a shocker. Trump's Supreme Court does as it's master orders.

This Supreme Court keeps vindicating Trump's Humpty-Dumpty approach to governing. He acts first, no matter how illegal, and then dares anyone to stop him. From his gaudy ballroom to his Iran war and election rigging, Trump keeps showing that constitutional checks and balances are for suckers.
