Under Trump rules of engagement, anyone appointed head of the Iranian government without his approval is just another likely target of his military firepower. There are no restraints on Trump's personal power.

I would say that STARTING NEW WARS is different from continuing in current incursions. President Obama did not start any new wars. He expanded current conflicts, with air strikes in Libya, Syria, and Yemen, and extended on-going operations in Afghanistan and Iraq. He did not START wars w/o congress

Obama did, in fact, get an agreement that included Middle East nations' approval and inclusion - trump tore it up - and so here we are... Another controlled situation turned to chaos by the malicious moron, just the way he blocked immigration reform for 8 years.. for the creation of chaos.
