“Missing” is not the correct word. The phrase is “deliberately withheld in defiance of a federal law.” Missing would be a mild way of saying destroyed after every box and file cabinet was searched 10x that no piece of evidence was stuck behind a drawer or under a cabinet at Mar-a-Largo.

I’m yelling about CNN’s lede-burying headline. They know full well that most people who see it will only see the headline. Accusations that Trump abused a *woman* are not news, accusations that he abused a 13 year old **are**—they are knowingly downplay this for him but with plausible deniability.

Well, they need to be asked, right? By the DOJ or at least the media. The DOJ made clear, they won’t do shit anymore and see this case as done. And the media … well, too many are in the hands of Billionaires which are in Trump’s ass.

A "woman" now, who says he raped her "decades ago." It's pretty obvious that CNN is hiding behind technical truths in order to avoid presenting the fact that he's been accused of raping a child.
