Canadian here, one of the only reasons I continue to shop at an American company like Costco is because they support DEI programs and treat their employees fairly. Costco also offers Canadian products which I support.

Don’t forget Marriott on this list. The CEO is quite clear that they aren’t moving away from DEI

Shareholders at leading companies understand that DEI increases the talent pool for potential employees, expands the customer base and improves business results Shareholders seek profits, not politics

CEOs know what’s best for their companies. I favor the old GOP tradition of freedom and allowing companies to manage their businesses without picking winners and losers and a heavy thought police presence. Anti DEI seems to be little more than a solution in search of a problem.
