Oh, so when MAGA was doing that "Daddy's home and he's gonna get the belt" meme, they were actually telegraphing to us that they were masochists and they wanted Trump to fuck their shit up by tanking the economy and potentially starting World War 3. You sick fucks.

How on earth can US Manufacturers, Businesses and consumers plan anything right now. Tariffs in the morning, deferred at lunchtime, doubled in the afternoon halved in the evening.

Creating false competitive advantage does NOT help domestic production. It only makes it less competitive in the long run, and your citisens stuck with poor quality products. Proven by trial and error through history on several occasions.

Can't wait to see the hillbilly Neanderthals across the entire midwest who voted for Orange Hitler find themselves homeless, with no health insurance, dumpster diving for their next meal because Cheeto in Charge purposely ruined the US economy!

He is setting the bar for higher prices and it won’t go down given the uncertainty of his policies. He knows. This government is screwing up the economy on purpose. American people should be really concerned how their money is really in his hands.

From what I can see we mine about 3/4 of our own iron but we still import the rest, along with already processed steel. Aluminum is tougher, there’s been a big decline in bauxite mining and we rely on the majority of aluminum from imports. We use a LOT of Aluminum, so these tariffs will really hurt.

Tariffs really have a way of stirring the pot, don’t they? It’ll be interesting to see how consumers and businesses adapt amidst rising costs. Let's hope it doesn't lead to a full-on price showdown at the checkout!
