I went to an event tonight, and there was a close-up magician working the crowd. He was fantastic. It was both a joy to be completely fooled, and even more a joy to watch my friends’ shocked expressions as the card in their hand switched from a club to a heart. Gotta see some live magic. So much fun

For my 40th birthday, my wife hired a close-up magician to come to the house and similarly, he also blew the minds of a bunch of middle aged people standing around a dining table. It was excellent!
