If you’re in Austin on no sleep like everyone else, you can turn off “Enhanced Safety Alerts” on your iPhone. Go to Settings → Alerts and scroll all the way to the bottom.

It would be great if you could set alerts to honor DND settings but all you get are on/off toggles.
