Working Hands or CeraVe are what I use. A previous Dr friend I knew recommended to look for moisturizers targeted to psoriasis more generally. Thicker moisturizers in a tub are generally more effective than the thinner ones in a pump

moisturizing creams and not lotions! i use cetaphil. swapped from cerave. you can get both from costco
