I remember it as the Rock Bottom brewery and LA Fitness. When Destiny launched they had a recreation of one of the space ships in the courtyard in front of the office.

It’s a mixed use building in a mall / office complex. Ground floor is restaurants, upper floor was the Bally/LA fitness, shared with bungie. Not sure when Bungie moved in. Pre-pandemic I remember people wearing Bungie and Valve swag eating at the same food trucks near there.🥲
