Our DF harness does something like this. Every conversation is an “actor” embodying state, has an address, reply_to pattern for agent-to-agent communication and steering.

Nice! A little different but I feel some conceptual overlap with Tony Garnock-Jones’s Syndicated Actor model: syndicate-lang.org Basically actors share a stateful blackboard for communication rather than point to point message passing.

They could sleep when idle and wake when called, remembering where they left off. You host yours. I host mine. People and agents can join and use them across the network. What would you build?
