I have a very specific ask. I'm looking for a Farmer Jack commercial from the early to mid 80s that starts and ends with a FJ truck pulling into a parking lot and at some point in the commercial the truck driver talks about "cherries from Traverse City." I will give $40 to whoever finds it first.

My best guess is it will be in one of those YouTube videos of old commercial compilations that is poorly tagged so you have to scrub through the entire thing. I've been looking for this for years.

Since I'm thinking of it, there's a Geoffrey Fieger commercial from the 1998 Michigan gubernatorial race where a woman says she doesn't have to like someone as a person to believe they'll do a good job and even at 13 years old, I thought that was a hilarious way to advertise yourself. $20 for that.

I know for a fact the one my dad was in was for Farmer Jack because my aunt was also working as a cashier at the time. I'll ask my mom for more details about the commercial!

It was really annoying trying to find it and coming up empty. I've recited that Traverse City line so many times in just everyday life for no reason lol.
