Yesterday we wrapped Build Week at Buffer, and 71 teammates shipped 56 new internal tools in just four days! 🎉 🧵 Here is what those four days looked like in numbers:

• 949 pull requests merged across 21 repositories • 1,673,705 lines of code written across 12,137 files, roughly 138 copies of Homer's Odyssey 🤯 • 6 teammates had their code merged for the very first time

• 17 of us reviewed each other's work across 59 pull requests • 96 pairs met over three rounds, a different person each day • 10 office hours brought 42 teammates together on personal agents, internal tools, Obsidian setups, and UX principles
