Yeah, using it primarily for thermal coefficient and stiffness. It's reasonably flat/straight due to how it's manufactured, but no real spec and definitely not as good as a ground piece of steel. Just OK. I'm compensating for those issues with the kinematic adjusters on mirrors/beam splitters
