I'm taking a different approach to building this time. Now I start by researching complaints online aggregated by topic (I use Gemini for this). I take one topic and refine it into a lean MVP I can build in 1-2 days, the goal being to have something to validate with quickly. #buildinpublic

I'm trying this currently with www.getreviewsnap.com I've got to button up the conversion modal that shows up when users run out of downloads, but planning on doing outreach today or tomorrow. Also focusing on one niche for validation. For this it's med spas.

I've got a pretty good workflow for this too: Create and refine idea in Gemini, then hand off to Claude Refine technical and implementation details with Claude then create feature specific prompts for Code and Design Implement with Code, then send over Design for visual overhaul

It's a bit more detailed than that, and I also do a lot of review to make sure stuff is how I want it, but this already feels much more efficient than before. ReviewSnap was mostly done in under a day. I'll probably write something up about the process in the future once I hone it.
