Worth checking Search Console's Pages report for the exact reason first: manual action vs "crawled, not indexed" have totally different fixes. Also check robots.txt and for a stray noindex tag from a theme update, that's the most common cause I see.

Oh I did that, lots of times. No manual actions required, just "crawled, not indexed" and no reported problems. AI says my pages are totally fine. I really don't know what more to fix or even check. 😔
