Whelp. After rushing through voting on all amendments last night / this morning #BillC22 is passed www.parl.ca/DocumentView... What this means: in late September, it goes to the senate…who may do amendments but almost always give in if the House pushes. 🚨🚨🚨No more @signal.org in Canada by fall 🚨🚨🚨

I understand that this bill is bad and expressed my opposition to my MP. Maybe you can come up with a simple and powerful message to the general public, explaining how wrong this bill is and what its passing means to each of us.

I read through, and I think there's sufficient scope to drive a large cryptographic bus through. Maybe an atproto-plus-crypto-shipping-container? But of course ianal and most orgs wouldn't use such tools.
