Sure, hand the ai companies another marketing win. It’s not a rogue ai, it’s a lack of willingness or ability to implement a secure sandbox, or even an air gap. It’s laziness but marketing stepped in and rewrote the story.

It's a breach of CFAA isn't it? If nothing else, there is civil issues. Hold the companies accountable and they won't have this shit happen again.

That’s the problem, no one will. Look at the age verification laws for social media. It’s a sticking plaster that allows the companies to escape responsibility and actively harms some users.
