I can't read the article but it seems Antropic really wants to boost how Claude is used for this and get blocked by the US to sell it abroad for some reason. If they knew the county, why wasn't it blocked to begin with? If they knew the use, same question?

Did they really think no country, corporation, entity, person was not going to used to create or enhance a weapon?

Are we being extorted?

Once again we find out Anthropic has lied to us about what is going on. This shit needs to be shut down but too many people are making too much money to care. The Chinese also used it to sub for their own user requests. All this points to an admission they have absolutely no control at all.
