Anyone who believes the story that this prison surveillance system is still running on 1970's video technology that has to be "rewound" every night would probably believe that Trump is working to Make America Great Again.

The first thing is call bs! They do not have that old style recordings. It’s all outdated. I don’t think this billionaire who could have worked the system, again, would kill himself.
