Yes this is true for a lot of billionaires like Elon Musk. Other billionaires have created a wide distribution of wealth in areas like Seattle and Portland which is why Trump hates those areas. China now has more billionaires than the US and they have raised 800 million citizens out of poverty.

No Jeff Bezos it's not one of the good billionaires in Seattle. He fought the $15 minimum wage the other billionaires pushed through and threatened to leave the city if we made him pay taxes. This is a battle between neoliberal/libertarian followers like Musk and national development followers.
