I used to take the 97 directly downtown (30-45 min) with an 8 minute walk down Kent. No way I would do the same today.

Even after I became a partner at my former firm it was still easier for me to walk the 10 minutes to where I could catch the 95 followed by a 2-minute walk to the office. That's not happening today.

I saved hundreds on parking and gas. The trip was convenient and reliable.

I hear you because I used the same route. Changing from bus to train has made the trip longer plus other complications. Unfortunately, direct bus routes are not coming back but Stage 2 LRT will be coming to our community although not fast enough.
