Or if you earn a penny over the limit you pay the whole months payment back…I was £3 over the limit & £7 the next…I’d never claim carers allowance again…I earned less than a £100 over the limit over this period of time (nearly 2 years) & I got stung and ended up with having to pay back over £1500.
