Definitely on my watchlist! But lack of extensions is a no go for me. Need apple passwords at the very least. Plus… not sure about a paid browser. IM fine paying, but it feels awkward to recommend to others when it’s $60 for life

Yeah for sure! That being said.. I'm also aware that building software costs a lot of time and I'd rather shoot an individual a couple dollars for something cool than having a company with T&Cs in the thousands of pages make a load of $ by gathering my data and targeting advertising 😬😬😬

i’m working on making extensions happen, it’s been a massive hurdle for people to switch over as for the price, we’re not ramen profitable yet so we really can’t do any better at the moment…

Fwiw I personally don't think the price is wrong. $20 is (sadly) the price of a good cocktail here in NYC now so how one would complain about paying that for a piece of software they use hours a day is hard to grasp. That being said, you're "competing" in a market where "Free" is commonly...

the price. No matter how much you reduce the price, if the other option is "Free" it becomes a hard sell 😕 Really hoping there'll be enough of a cult following/niche audience to support your development on Horse! Even though I stopped daily driving it because of...

extensions / passkeys / multi-window support, I more than happily paid the $60 to sponsor the project and am hopeful it'll one day replace Arc as my daily driver 🫶

yeah, it’s not really about the money most of the feedback we get on price or features are rationalizations; people are comfy with the browser they use, and resent having to consider alternatives took us a while to understand this and stop treating all feedback like the gospel!
