Building in public means posting the numbers that aren't good. July: 23 posts, ~170 impressions, zero signups. Skybloom has 16 beta users — every one came from a DM or email. So I'm cutting back on company posts. More time goes into talking to people directly. #buildinpublic

Matches what I've seen. Every user I can name came out of a conversation. Posts ended up being the thing people check after we've talked.

Steady. Product side behaves, distribution is the slow half. Same finding as yours: every OBTO conversation that went anywhere started as a reply or a DM. The company feed mostly talks to itself. Thanks for asking.
