I'm building @skybloom.ai solo — one founder, a tiny budget, shipping in public. The itch: my health lived across apps and chat threads that forget me — and every AI that could help wanted to train on my words. So I'm building the one I wanted: private by default. #buildinpublic #indiedev

Private by default is the part I'd worry hardest about getting right — do you keep the model itself local, or is it more about never retaining what you send it? Those pull the architecture in pretty different directions.
