STEPHANOPOULOS: How do you respond to people who say it's a conflict of interest for the president to be seeking funds from those who he's administering? BLANCHE: We're looking at how to handle that. He's not wrong that what happened there was horrible, the fact his tax returns were leaked.

it's certainly not horrible. I can't think of a good reason why a candidate for federal elected office should not have their federal taxes made public.
