I think for servers that are causing network abuse you could already publish the PDS Host as a Domain record in FIRES as a way to share information. Happy to add additional entity types to support your needs

Search within the ecosystem in a non-developer focused way - just links to content in the atmosphere's different applications. Will be open sourcing the code and such and showcase it - how is to run it for 100-150 dollars a month ar most - but be horizontally scalable if needed
