pretty damn close to a 100% top-to-bottom bluesky-free bluesky ✅ indie pds (lots) ✅ indie relay (mine + others now!) ✅ indie jetstream (mine + many more (optional)) 🌀 indie appview (AppViewLite has some issues, @futur.blue's should work, more in progress) ✅ indie client (@aviva.gay's deer.social !)

alright the work is cut out AppViewLite's own web view works really well, but i can't get very far using its XRPC endpoints. seems like deer was doing everything right though!

I just went through all the missing XRPC methods required to login or view the timeline and implemented them (or stubbed them). Now it should be possible to use social-app on top of AppViewLite.

What does your appviewliteSessionId cookie look like? It should be something like 32alphanumericsecretchars=did:plc:xxxxxxxxxx Are you using a custom PDS implementation?

bsky pds (porcini). when i visit appviewlite directly i have a cookie that looks like that, but no appviewlite cookies when visiting from deer.

With /xrpc requests, the session is handled exclusively via Authorization: Bearer With every other request, the session is handled exclusively via Cookie: appviewliteSessionId=... Do you see that error when trying to log in via AppViewlite native UI, or via Deer Social?

Also the way I ran social-app on top of appviewlite yesterday was by changing social-app to send requests to appviewlite (social-app -> appviewlite), instead of (social-app -> PDS -> appviewlite). I'm not sure what deer social does instead
