For the secrets part of that state, Microsoft Learn documents a non-interactive path: SecretStore with Authentication=Password and Interaction=None, the password read from a DPAPI-encrypted file, Unlock-SecretStore per session. Catch: PasswordTimeout, 1h in the sample, then unlock again.
