Here is a twist few people know of: the Author 'WP Kinsella' was Canadian who lived in a small town I grew up in, in British Columbia called White Rock - just on the Canadian side of the border in BC. Yup, this pivotal fictional piece of American history was written by a Canadian. You're welcome.
