Never realised BASIC was that old, I learnt it as a kid in the early 80s on a BBC Micro my dad borrowed from the uni he worked at.

I remember BASIC...lol. Had to learn it in the 80's with COBOL

i played an Apple IIe version in the early 1980s. where you did artillery telemetry. angle, windspeed, gun caliber, ect.... closest i got to being an engineer.
