I just found out that Jennifer Ehle, of Elizabeth Bennet fame, is playing Gabriella de Lioncourt, Lestat's mother & vampiric fledgling! I did not realize it was her! Now I'm even more excited for June!

Come June 7, even if I don't get to go to the June 2 event in NYC, I will be completely lost & immersed in The Vampire Lestat IWTV, and the rest of humanity might as well just disappear, especially on June 14, when I will be watching the 2nd episode of Lestat coming out...

Ehle was the best Elizabeth, and that version was the best TV/film version.

I completely agree. I just finished watching it again. Now I'm trying to watch The Other Bennet Sister, but it's hard not to compare these actors to those ones.
