After seeing this funder from GoFundMe, I was inspired to create my own, but I am not fictional guys named Carlos & Javier, so I won’t get $80-100K, even though I've also done hard labor for work in my life & am not sure I'll be able to pay my bills in the coming months because of being out of work.

It really is the height of irony that people who claim to be Democrats will block other Democrats who are struggling financially, instead of trying to help us. Especially since they too are just a month or so away from being in my shoes.

BTW, it’s ironic to me that people will block allies like me, who are poor and begging for help, while posts here will go viral over our shared frustration regarding the criminals who are running the federal US government.

I just realized that if 1000 people donated $10 to this, I would have gotten as much money as I made at a regular job for the last year, a job that wanted to hire me full-time for less money, but decided to fire me instead during the holidays. And that pretty much sums up life in the USA for me.
