This is a solid offering for teams that lost dedicated a11y resources but still want to get it right. Are the sessions structured around audit-style review of existing work, or more teaching the process so people can run it themselves going forward?

That's a great example of the folks I want to help! Either (or both!) of those structures can be done. My recommendation would depend on the most immediate goals. Are there broken things that need audited and fixed asap? If not, I'd probably recommend the teaching route!

That's a good framing. Teaching route makes sense when there's breathing room, since it compounds over time. The audit path probably needs a clear handoff moment so the internal team can maintain what gets fixed.
