here's something kind of fun: instead of coloring the robe with watercolors this time i just used a non-waterproof black ink for the crosshatching and brushed plain water over it right after it dried

It looks fantastic! I have done this by accident before in a life class and it worked really well. Is it a thing? Does it have a name? I lost the pen I used for it years ago and haven’t been able to find another, although I have not looked very hard.
