And this is the same retort of people who don't understand that the people use when they don't understand that giving the government power to restrict speech they don't like invariably gives it the power to restrict speech they do like.

Sorry man. When an asshole like Mike Lee says immigration will kill the country I don't have to pretend like he's arguing in good faith and now I'm trapped by his logic to end immigration. Nor do I need to pretend that SCOTUS isn't picking outcomes and then working backwards for the justification.
