Is it me or is @typst.app entire rendering stack made up of unmaintained crates at this point 😞 (ttf-parser, fontdb, rustybuzz...). I guess given how core they are it's not going to be a trivial update though.

Not to worry! Moving over to harfrust and skrifa is work in progress and it's not a huge deal in terms of complexity.

Not sure tbh... For font parsing, Google has been doing some work with `skrifa`, but it doesn't do rasterization from what I understand. Rustybuzz seems to be replaced by harfrust, but 🤷‍♂️
