Any time any racist VC is scared, any time any tech bro who says hateful shit gets fired, any time an untalented hack gets denied a job in Silicon Valley and then gets in his feelings about it and wants to blame brown people ... it was me. That's when I was there. I pulled the strings. Personally.

Jokes aside — I am literally an unemployed middle-aged dad who spent yesterday making a really good tuna salad sandwich and playing Mario Kart. I like to volunteer in my neighborhood and walk our dogs and do some writing. *This* is what they are so afraid of. Just the power of normal-ass people.

Okay, for those who asked, here's the simple version: * 1 can Cento tuna (in olive oil) * 1 stalk celery, finely chopped * a big glob of Duke's mayo * about 1.5 tbsp of pickled red onions, finely chopped (like so: www.anildash.com/2022/11/15/c... ) * paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley to taste

I put this on lightly toasted potato bread. If you want to get fancy, you can add some garlic confit (which I like to keep around the house, it goes great in everything!) minced up in there, or some diced up white onion, chili powder, turmeric, or any other strong flavor to balance things out.

do you buy in your garlic confit or make it? I've started getting those whole bags of pre-peeled cloves cheap in our veg box and poaching the whole lot in a Le Creuset cocotte covered in olive oil when I have the oven on for something else
