Came back to something I hit a wall with and abandoned 2y ago. Got finished within 24h. Frankly I feel embarrassed that I let it be for so long.

Well beyond that AngelScript's full main test suite (ignoring a couple I can't get to work anywhere) now succeeds for everything got Windows AArch64.

On my fork at least. Will make a pull request soon. Working on AS always makes me wish it dropped pre-C++11 support. It could be so much smoother and tidier.
