【 💜 Service Update 】 Some important updates have been made to our services, effective from July 2026. ▸ Extended Commission Opening ▸ Restructured Waitlist Fee 🧵 Please read the information below!

🟣 / 01 【 Extended Commission Opening 】 As a trial for the next few months, and as a potential permanent update, aeru studio will be moving to an extended commission submission cycle.

🟣 / 02 Instead of opening submission for one week each month, commission requests will now be accepted on a rolling basis throughout the entire month. This will give clients more flexibility and time to prepare and submit their requests.

🟣 / 04 Please note that requests are still subject to member availability, which may vary throughout the month depending on demand. At the end of each month, the available member roster will be refreshed for the following month.

🟣 / 05 【 Restructured Waitlist Fee 】 To simplify our booking process and make our pricing clearer for clients, our waitlist fee will now be structured as a 10% deposit that goes toward the total project fee.

🟣 / 06 This means the deposit secures your slot in our queue and will be deducted from your final invoice. Example: For a $1000 project fee, you will deposit a 10% waitlist fee ($100) to secure your slot, leaving the remaining balance due at $900.
