Sir, please address the pay disparity between their civilian pay and military pay. Members of the reserve/guard are not earning anything close to what they are paid in the civilian world. Not only do they miss life events , they can lose everything if they miss civilian paychecks for too long

Adam, the Navy has a long-standing serious problem of absuing their crews with overwork. Mr. Nichols, the Navy professor, he heard it from a generation of officer students. Then layer unending wartime duty on top of that. The Navy needs a rotation, yes, but it would be only a beginning.

Where's the news coverage of these service members' arrival. It used to be our news agencies covered everything. Now they're afraid of retribution & only cover certain things. Let's hear from our service members. Hegseth is in over his head. He's an egotistical pseudo macho man.

The USN as of December 2025, reported a shortage of24,000 enlistees Effectively, there has been a long term shortage in recruitment. With Trump & Hegseth using the navy as a floating "random policy enforcer* absent a functional policy or goal - the military is on eternal Operation Chaos
