I hope Zielinski builds the missile systems they need now, with or without the license. Trump never honours his contracts or agreements, at this moment why should Zielinski. Apologize later if you need to. But I think the story will change in his favor in November anyway.

Specifically, the phrase “Slava Ukraini“ means “glory to Ukraine.” The appropriate response is “Heroyam slava” which means “glory to her heroes.” So when someone says “slava Ukraini” you will almost always hear “Heroyam slava.”
