A friend asked. I’m dumping his question here: If birthright citizenship ends, doesn’t it apply to all of us? As in, anyone ever born in the US. The 14th amendment is not specific in who it includes, or excludes, which is the point. So it won’t end per se, but they’ll modify who it applies to.
