In 2016 he said it was rigged even before election day because he had to protect his fragile ego if he lost. Now he says it because if they lose both houses he’s impeached.

He has no intention of ever leaving the White House.

A dictator taking all the necessary actions to stay in power indefinitely.

This is his standard spiel, recited before every election; "the only way I can lose is if it's rigged." Hopefully even the chumps are now wise to the con.

I will say it once more: What good is oversight if it requires the majority to enforce it? This has been a long-standing problem with congressional oversight, and it needs to be addressed.
