When I worked on the Hill many moons ago, “The Hill” was a local newspaper that updated readers on the status of legislation & other wonky policy issues. It was an insider’s guide to the status of certain bills & the mechanics of lawmaking. Now its more of a Capitol Hill version of the NY Post.
