In my less than stellar 20s, if the line to the woman's toilet was too long, I'd sneak into the men's toilets and use a stall. They were cool about it after the shock wore off. Some even stood watch for me.

At #DragonCon, in the Marriott, there used to be a unisex restroom on the Walk of Fame level. It was the same as the other restrooms: stalls that were full floor-to-ceiling enclosed. I loved it because there were never lines, and who cares if a guy washed his hands at the row of sinks next to me. 😎
