I bid on a Stanley #4 plane on Sunday on a whim and collected it today - turns out it's from 1888. That is extremely cool. Can't wait to clean it up and sharpen it.

Took a while for me to parse that, until I realized that I was thinking of a slightly different kind of plane 😅
